The institution collects feedback on curriculum aspects and courses from different stakeholders, such as students, alumni, faculty, and employers. The institution established the Academic Council in order to ensure and analyse academic excellence at the student and faculty levels. Periodical analysis is made by the Academic Council based on the following: student performance, faculty performance in every semester, utilisation of infrastructure, and requirements for quality enrichment.
ISTS thoroughly reviews the curriculum for every academic year. The college maintains an IQAC as a quality consistency and quality enhancement measure. Under the supervision of IQAC, various departments and committees like Career Guidance, the Anti-Ragging and Sexual Harassment Committee, etc. reinforce the curriculum by incorporating updated information and diurnal social issues.
The institute collects the feedback physically from stakeholders, viz., students, parents, and teachers, on the curriculum that is prescribed by the university; further, the college website invites all stockholders to provide feedback online.
The college conducts annual Alumni Meet, in which suggestions and feedback is received from Alumni students. Feedback from industrial management, R&D establishments, and professionals is obtained through the college’’s feedback blog. The provided feedback data is presented to the Academic Council Meeting for necessary implementation in curriculum.
