International School of Technology and Sciences for Women takes great pride in the achievements academic success of our students in Placements. The Institute sets a new milestone in Campus Placements in the past few years. The efforts of the ISTS Placements team, combined with the outstanding academic system has contributed significantly in making ISTS women’s Engineering college one of the preferred destinations for recruiters as Students.

In the academic Year 2020-21, with an intake of 360 students in the final year, around 300 job offers were received from various companies till August 2021 and the recruitments are still going on.

The average salary offered is around 4.5 Lakhs per annum and the highest being 11 Lakhs per annum. Around 45 companies visit the campus for recruiting Young talents every Year.

The Placement statistics of ISTS stands best among the engineering institutes in the State. More than 300 job offers were released during the academic year 2019-20as well, consistently keeping the flags fly high. The Placement graphs and the preference by recruiting partners are evident by the ever growing acceptance of ISTS graduates in various Industries. this shows the Institute’s excellence in education and transforming young minds dream to a reality.

More than 90% of the students will get placed in reputed Multi-National Companies every year. some of our Major recruiters include IBM, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, DXC, Collebra, Accenture, Capgemini, Ttat Elxsi, Mind Tree etc.,Around 45 Companies used to visit the campus every yearfor Campus recruitments. ISTS maintains recruitment partnership with companies working in the core engieneering domains like L & T, Micromax, Efluence systems etc., giving excellent opportunities for the students to get placed in their technical areas of interest.

The Placement Cell of the ISTS continually liaisons with the industry, R & D organizations, and management organizations, with the foresight of Training, Career-guidance, Internship and Campus Placements.

The Placement Cell works closely in line with the policies of the Institute and tries to coherently match the interests of students with an appropriate job profile.

The Institute helps each student in exploring placement opportunities by inviting various companies for campus recruitment of students who are in the final year of the Programme and are likely to graduate at the end of the academic year.

The career Guidance and Placement unit also invite recruiting partners to extend Internship opportunities to our pre-final year students in the academic year 2019-20 Eighteen pre final students received two months internship offers in the area of IOT, embedded systems design and Cyber security. Our Students used to get an opportunity to work with live industry projects which consistently makes our student employable and industry ready.

ISTS prepares students to become top quality professionals with strong human values through a rigorous training module which starts from the First Year of their course. Weekly schedule for Technical and Interpersonal skill development training and continuous assessment helps to improve the overall quality of students. ISTS opens a platform to provide and educational ecosystem to equip young aspirants with skill, Knowledge and technical values for a successful career in the Technology driven World.
