International School of Technology and Sciences for Women has been using a diverse set of ICT tools to communicate, creates, disseminate, store and manage information. The ICT has also become an integral part to the teaching-learning interaction. The use of ICT approaches can lead to higher order thinking skills, provide creative and individualized options for students to express their understanding, and it leaves students better prepared to deal with ongoing technological change in society and the workplace.
The campus is totally technology enabled with 24X 7 Wi-Fi and internet facilities for the staff and students.
Internet leased line with fibre optic technology is implemented in the campus powered by bsnl AND jio with the speed of 100 MBPS 1:1 DLINK devices are used for switching process with minimum 24 and maximum 42 port capacity.100 JIO Wi-Fi access points are placed throughout the campus for uninterrupted internet access.
Totally 585 computers with LAN connection are available on the campus for the access of students and teachers for academic activities. All the classrooms and Laboratories are Wi-Fi enabled with well-furnished computers, LCD projectors with screen; portable audio systems are also available.
Online platforms adopted on campus include Cisco Webex, Google Classroom, Google Meet and Google Forms under the domain id@ists.ac.in with additional supporting facility like writing pads, Tripods, etc.
The digital library of the college is having open access to e-books, periodicals, e- journals and e-resources facility. Institution has ECAP a multi user package designed and developed for library Automation for effective management of a library books from all aspects.
Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system is implemented for various academic and non-academic activities.
